Introduction

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between TKTX Company and the user (“License”) of TKTX Company’s products and services. By accessing, downloading, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Grant of License

TKTX Company grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products and services for personal or business purposes, in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement.

Restrictions

The Licensee agrees not to:

  • Modify, adapt, or reverse engineer any part of TKTX Company’s products or services.
  • Use the products or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • Share, sublicense, or transfer the license to any third party without prior written consent from TKTX Company.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the products or services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to TKTX Company’s products and services are owned by TKTX Company. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that they do not acquire any ownership rights through the use of our products and services.

Updates and Support

TKTX Company may provide updates or support for the products and services at its discretion. The Licensee agrees that TKTX Company is not obligated to provide any updates or support, and this Agreement does not grant any right to future updates.

Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. The Licensee may terminate the agreement by discontinuing the use of TKTX Company’s products and services. TKTX Company reserves the right to terminate the license at any time, with or without cause.

Disclaimer of Warranty

TKTX Company’s products and services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. TKTX Company does not warrant that the products and services will meet the Licensee’s requirements or that they will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TKTX Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products and services.
